Inbox Express Email Marketing
This popular program is only available to Chamber members!
Details:
- Your own dedicated email message will be sent to over 1,300 employees of Chamber member businesses.
- Emails are sent out Tuesday through Friday, with the ChamberLink newsletter sent out on Mondays. No more than one paid email is sent out on any given date.
- Scheduling will be done on a first-come-first-served basis. Special requests will be handled based on availability.
- We recommend scheduling your email several weeks in advance.
- Open rates average approximately 30%.
- The cost is $50 per email blast.
It’s easy!
Here is what the Chamber will need from you (once your Inbox Express email has been scheduled):
- Supply the Chamber with a ‘flyer’ or ‘poster’ image in a JPG OR PDF – 600 x 800 px to maximize results.
- An alternative option is to supply the Chamber with the text that can be copied and pasted along with 1-2 images (such as your logo).
- The URL to any links to the image(s) or text submitted should be included in your submission with specific instructions to clarify how they should be used.
- A heading or description is recommended to explain the email and should be no more than 5 or 6 words.
- Each request submitted should contain a subject line. These subject lines should be brief and no more than 75 characters (including spaces between words).
- Please supply the content to the Chamber 3-5 business days before your scheduled email date, and we will supply a proof before it is sent.
